Vision

To make sure that higher education institutions emphasize a culture of quality by institutionalizing and internalizing all activities that are supported both internally and externally.

Objectives

1. To improve the institution's administrative and scholastic performance.
2. To encourage institutional functioning strategies that aim to improve quality by internalizing best practices and a quality culture.

Strategies

1. Ensuring that administrative, and academic duties are completed on time, effectively, and progressive.
2. Integration and optimization of contemporary teaching and learning techniques.
3. Relevant and quality academic/ research programs.
4. Academic programs should be affordable and accessible to all segments of society.
5. Ensuring the provision, maintenance, and appropriate distribution of services and support structures

Functions

1. Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
2. Parameters for the institution's numerous academic and administrative initiatives.
3. Planning of workshops both within and across institutions, quality-related lectures, and quality circles promotion.
4. Documentation of the different programmers and activities that enhance quality.
5. Acting as the Institution's nodal organization for organizing quality-related initiatives, such as adopting and distributing best practices.
6. Information on different quality parameters being shared with all stakeholders.
7. Actively involve to promotion of teachers under CAS.
